Tampa veterans.
Every chapter of home.
I care deeply about helping the men and women who fought for our freedom achieve the American dream of owning a home — and helping the veterans who already own one move through every stage of life: a first place, an upsize for a growing family, a downsize for retirement, or anything in between. A licensed Florida realtor for 10+ years, based in Tampa, working directly with the people I serve.

A personal note
Service runs in the family. Mine just took a detour.
My grandfather served. My father served. My sister served. I tried — Marines first, then Army — and a car accident closed that door before it opened. So I serve the community the way I'm able to: real estate, done with care, for the people who wore the uniform and the families who waited at home.
What I offer is direct, hands-on representation through every stage of homeownership — a first home with the VA loan benefit, an upsize for a growing family, a downsize in retirement, or coordinating a sell-and-buy on the same day. Every guide on this site is free, written by me, and kept current with Florida and VA rules. Before any veteran chooses to work with me, I want you to be able to understand the path.

Sell in the morning. Buy in the afternoon.
Truck rolls between the two.
A same-day VA sell-and-buy is a real coordination job — two closings, two lenders, two title agents, and one moving truck, all on the same calendar square. I've walked families through this enough times to know where the pressure points sit, and getting the sequence right is what keeps you out of a temporary rental, double mortgages, or a storage unit in the gap. Whether you're upsizing for a growing family, downsizing in retirement, or simply changing neighborhoods, it's worth understanding the path before you commit to it.
